And that's a great point about inspiring customers although I wonder where to draw the line between inspiration and manipulation because I've seen plenty of times where people buy a product just to be apart of the experience. Maybe that's considered kosher but it just seems a bit iffy when customers buy something for the sake of a purchase rather than actual need or want.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But yeah, I don't want to get into some massive rant.
